Heated Cabinet

This heated cabinet/proofer is 68 3/4” tall, 25” wide, & 31” deep on wheels. Spacing for sheet pans is 1.5”. Maximum capacity is 34-18x26 sheet pans. Sheet pans are rented separately. The food cabinet needs to be plugged directly into outlet with cord provided, not to be run off extension cord or generator.
